What to expect

This normally starts with a two day facilitated workshop on the key aspects of theory of constraints as presented by Arrie van Niekerk. In this session the key focus areas will get identified for the journey forward. The design that follows is an interactive process of what goes into the war room and then the 'games' begin to get everyone in the business aligned behind a common vision and purpose. It is all about focus and discipline with high levels of commitment from all supportive structures. In the mean time the people and leader behaviours will also get serious attention.

From one-on-one coaching or mentoring to a 'wilderness experience' closer to home that will make it more afordable. This wilderness experience is a two day experience where the most fundamental reasons why businesses fail is exposed in a playful adventurous journey of discovery, dialogue and some serious reframing that takes place. In my journey so far almost 10 000 middle and senior management leader-managers did go through this experience and many would claim it to be the number one defining moment in changing their business or personal lives forever. The detail of this whole process needs to be well mapped and integrated in order to keep the production flow we want and then sustain it.
